MCA Summer Day Camp provides high-quality camp experience to the children and families of Mattoon. This is a unique program designed to meet your child’s needs and interests, where cooperation and teamwork with other children and counselors are vital.
Our goal is to provide a camp that gives the opportunity for your child to learn, grow and have fun in a safe, caring environment!

Age Requirement
Camp is open for children ages 4-11 (K-5th Grade). Children must be potty trained.
Camp Hours
Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Camp Fees
Full Time
$125 for MCA-students
$150 for non-MCA students
There will be no discount or fee reductions if your child does not attend the full week. Refunds or credit will not be given for missed days.
Included Activities
Indoor and outdoor activities and games are included on a daily basis.
Daily activities may include:
● Classroom Activities – arts and crafts, science activities, indoor games, and brain games
● Gym Games – basketball, kickball, scooter games, etc.
● Outdoor play on playground
● Water Games – water gun tag, water balloon fights, water kickball, etc.
● Educational lessons – worksheets, documentaries, and group projects
